The Fast Funded coaching program fee, shown with its currency on our payment page, is charged once and only after you pass your prop firm evaluation. Nothing is charged when you apply or while you are being coached. If you do not pass, you owe us nothing.
If we did not deliver the coaching described on our website and in our Terms of Service, for example sessions we did not hold, tell us: we will refund you in proportion to what was not delivered.
Because the coaching is delivered before the fee is charged, the program fee is otherwise not refundable once paid, except where the law of your country gives you a right to a refund.
Email us at contact@fast-funded.com within 30 days of the payment, with your payment reference and the reason for your request. We reply within 2 business days, and an approved refund is paid back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
The evaluation fee, resets and any other fee you pay to your prop firm are not paid to Fast Funded and are not refunded by us. Whether the firm refunds them depends on its own terms.
If something is wrong with a payment, please contact us first: most issues are solved faster by email than through a bank dispute.
