1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect

• When you apply and during the coaching: your name, your email address, the messages you send us, your Telegram name and username if you join the private group, the prop firm and evaluation you are preparing for, and the trade history or screenshots you choose to share for your reviews. We never ask for your trading account login details.
• When you pay: your name, email address and payment information, processed by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details.
• When you visit the website: our server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser, pages visited, referring page) for security and to produce aggregate visit statistics.

The website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Videos on the blog load from YouTube only when you click play.

3. Why we use it

• to deliver the coaching you applied for and communicate with you;
• to take the program fee and handle refunds;
• to keep the website secure and understand, in aggregate, how it is used;
• to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

4. Who we share it with

Our payment provider (to process payments), our hosting provider (to run the website) and Telegram (which hosts the private group), each only as needed for its role. We may disclose data when the law requires it. We never sell your personal data.

5. How long we keep it

Coaching records are kept for the duration of the program and then as long as accounting and legal obligations require. Server logs are kept for a limited period, then deleted.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to its use or to receive a copy of it. Write to contact@fast-funded.com; we answer within 30 days.

7. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.

8. Age

The coaching is for adults (18 and over). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.

10. Governing law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
